In 2024, Sabrina Carpenter closed her song Nonsense with a new remix ending where she sang, “Coachella see you back here when I headline.” And on April 10th, Carpenter appeared on the Coachella Mainstage, opening with her song House Tour from the Man’s Best Friend album.
Her set not only included a multitude of her biggest hits, but it also included multiple costume changes, large sets, such as a dance studio and a music studio, broadway-esque dance breaks, and top it all off, Madonna as a surprise guest.
The show overall encompassed the massive strides Carpenter has made in the music industry. Before her 2024 Coachella performance, she had released Espresso and quickly gained millions of listeners due to its catchy lyrics, which is what propelled her album Short n’ Sweet and her to absolute stardom. Espresso even earned Sabrina her first ever grammy for Best Pop Solo Performance in 2025. In the era before Espresso, Carpenter was playing relatively smaller venues for her concerts, however, her Short n’ Sweet Tour soon after had her selling out five consecutive nights in Madison Square Garden.
The craft and care put into her 2026 Coachella performance only further exemplifies not only her extraordinary rise to fame, but also her determination to continue to provide to fans.
Not only did SabrinaWood (as it was named through advertisements) exceed expectations for fans, but it also further solidified Carpenter’s place in the music industry.
