Sunday of Week 13 was full of bad matchups and blowouts following Thursday’s close Thanksgiving games and the Bears’ upset of the Eagles. Sunday ended with an exciting defeat of the Commanders by the improving Broncos to 10-2, and the Patriots advanced to 11-2 on Monday and drop off the Giants.
Week 13 started with a huge scoring game. Both the Cowboys and Lions scored over 30 points, playing at the top of their game all night. Brandon Aubrey kicked 5 field goals on the night, and Jahmyr Gibbs had 3 tds and 120 yards, leading the Lions to victory and an 8-5 record in 2025.
(Missed Week 13, so no record) (Week 12 record: 10 – 3)
Seahawks (9-3) @ Falcons (4-8) 1:00 PM FOX
The Falcons cannot win a game to save their lives at the moment, as they lost to the Jets in a close game last week. The Seahawks have been one of the best NFC teams in a close fight to take over the NFC West, and will be able to beat the flailing Falcons handily.

SEA 34 – 20 ATL
Â
Steelers (6-6) @ Ravens (6-6) 1:00 PM CBS
The Ravens have looked very hot since Lamar has come back, routing the Bengals while holding a huge lead the whole game, while the Steelers have been crawling into losses and destruction through the mid-half of 2025. Lamar and his crew should be able to take down the Steelers, even if it is a close game.
Â
BAL 33 – 31 PIT
Titans (1-11) @ Browns (3-9) 1:00 PM FOX
While Shedeur Sanders has been playing well, his team was beaten down by the 49ers, only scoring 8 points, while the Titans continue to struggle, with Cam Ward being the lone bright spot on a dismal roster. But the Titans need a win, and I believe they can finally pull out a second against a struggling Browns team, in a close defensive struggle.
TEN 7 – 3 CLE
Colts (8-4) @ Jaguars (8-4) 1:00 PM CBS
The Colts and the Jaguars are at a turning point in the season. Both are in a close battle to win out the AFC South. This game will be a dogfight, but the Jaguars have been hot enough to win it, as Jonathan Taylor and Daniel Jones have not been playing at their best over the last two weeks, with a high score and a Jags win.
JAX 30 – 26 IND
Commanders (3-9) @ Vikings (4-8) 1:00 PM FOX
The Vikings with Max Brosmer on Sunday were disgusting to watch, as Brosmer threw 4 picks and lost horribly. Meanwhile, the Commanders, who have Jayden Daniel back this week, barely lost to Denver. But J.J. McCarthy is back as the Vikings starter, but J.J. has been struggling on the season, while even with injuries, Jayden Daniels has been playing well. This leads me to believe the Commanders will take this game.
WAS 27 – 17 MIN
Dolphins (5-7) at Jets (3-9) 1:00 PM CBS
The Jets just won their 3rd game of the season with a final-second kick to beat the Falcons. On the other hand, the Dolphins look hungry to win, have secured a 3-game win streak, which I believe will increase to 4 with a win over the Jets, and the Jets will go down to 10 2025 losses.
MIA 20 – 10 NYJ
Saints (2-10) @ Buccaneers (7-5) 1:00 PM CBS
While the Buccaneers have looked anything but great the last couple of weeks, a weak matchup against the Saints should be just what they need to get back on track. Baker Mayfield can have a great game, and Bucky Irving should have a great game in his 2nd game back, against the Saints’ struggling offense and defense.Â
Â
TB 35 – 10 NO
Bengals (4-8) @ Bills (8-4) 1:00 PM FOX
The Bengals were defeated on Thursday against the Ravens, while the Bills got a much-needed victory against the Steelers. Both teams are hungry for a victory, with Joe Burrow finally back in the fight for Cincinnati. However, the Bills have demonstrated that they are a much better team, especially on defense, and will be able to defeat the Bengals with a strong performance from Josh Allen.
BUF 33 – 28 CIN
Broncos (10-2) @ Raiders (2-10) 4:05 PM CBS
This is an effortless pick for Sunday. The Broncos are still on top of their game, while the Raiders have been horrible against in-division opponents and have been dreadful throughout the entire season. The Broncos should be able to clean sweep the Raiders; if not, something is dreadfully wrong in Denver/Â Â
DEN 27 – 7 OAK
Bears (9-3) @ Packers (8-3-1) 4:25 PM FOX
This game is expected to be a close contest between the two teams. The Bears are one of the hottest teams in the NFL, and own the 1st seed in the NFC. The Packers, meanwhile, have looked inconsistent but still appear to be a top contender. While I believe the Packers are still great, Jordan Love will still not be enough to defeat Caleb Williams’ effort, especially while Tucker Kraft is still out, and the Bears will win.
CHI 28 – 25 GB
Rams (9-3) @ Cardinals (3-9) 4:25 PM FOX
The Rams are fighting for the 1st seed in the NFC with the Bears, and look to win an easy game. While Jacoby Brissett has been a star for Arizona, they still aren’t good enough to win this game against the Rams. Matthew Stafford and his group should win in Arizona.
LAR 24 – 17 ARZ
Texans (7-5) @ Chiefs (6-6) 8:20 PM NBC
The Chiefs lost last week to the Cowboys, but still looked strong in the defeat. Meanwhile, the Texans were able to pull out a win in Indianapolis, saving their own souls with a much-needed victory in their division. While the Texans appear hungry, the Chiefs are still playing well, despite their record suggesting otherwise. The Chiefs should be able to win this game with a good defensive showing and slow down the Texans’ hopes of winning the AFC South.
KC 28 – 23 HOU
Eagles (8-4) @ Chargers (8-4) 8:15 PM ABC
The Eagles desperately need a win, and the Chargers need a win to prove they are serious. The Eagles are missing their best defensive tackle, Jalen Carter, but look to get their offense especially back on track for Monday. While the Chargers’ defense has been good, the Eagles can take advantage of them. On the other end, Justin Herbert has looked great and could expose the Eagles’ defense again, but I believe the Eagles can bounce back on Monday.
PHI 23 – 16 LAC
Week 14 MVP:Â Josh Allen
We have been waiting for a Josh Allen breakout game for most of the year. He has had some great games, but this year has not been it for Buffalo’s QB. But, he is playing a historically bad defense in the Bengals, and should be able to put up huge numbers on this defense, and somewhat put his name back into MVP candidacy.
Game of the Week: Bears @ Packers
This game has echoes throughout the entire NFC North, as the Bears are the hottest team in the league and the Packers are looking to take their place. However, this game will show who is the true king of the NFC North, give or take what the Lions do in the final third of the season.
