Week 11 was full of great matchups, from Josh Allen’s return to defeat the Buccaneers to the slow game between the Seahawks and Rams, with the Rams pulling out the win. The Panthers also reach an above .500 record as they take down the Falcons, and the Eagles complete a hard fight and come on top of Detroit. Week 11 ended with the Cowboys finishing an extraordinary blowout of Las Vegas.
Week 12 started with a huge surprise. The Davis Mills-led Texans set up a huge takedown of the Bills, especially as their defense had 7 sacks and 2 interceptions against one of the best QBs in the league, Josh Allen, to lead the Texans to 6-5.
Week 11 record: 10-4
Jets (2-8) @ Ravens (5-5) 1:00 PM CBS
Easy prediction. The Ravens are flying high in their division, and even though the Jets have won 2 of their last 3 matchups, Lamar Jackson and his Ravens should be able to take down the new starter, Tyrod Taylor.
BAL 35 – 23 NYJ
Steelers (6-4) @ Bears (7-3) 1:00 PM CBS
The Bears are on a hot streak, as Caleb Williams and his team have been able to take the lead in the NFC North with the Lions’ loss on Sunday. While the Steelers have looked promising with Rodgers at the helm for his 20th NFL season, the Bears should be able to win a close shootout against Rodgers’ Steelers.
CHI 30 – 27 PIT
Patriots (9-2) @ Bengals (3-7) 1:00 PM CBS
While Joe Burrow has started working out to return, he will most likely not be playing on Sunday against the Patriots. The Patriots are extremely hot, and Drake Maye is still one of the top MVP candidates. The Patriots will light up the Bengals’ defense to advance to a 10-2 record.
NE 34 – 17 CIN
Giants (2-9) @ Lions (6-4) 1:00 PM FOX
The Giants playing Jameis Winston could pull off an upset, but I do not believe they will. The Giants are missing Jaxson Dart, Malik Nabers, Cam Skattebo, and a legitimate head coach at the moment. The Lions also need to bounce back, and playing a 2-9 Giants team should be exactly what Detroit needs to bump itself back into the division winner race.
DET 26 – 20 NYG
Vikings (4-6) @ Packers (6-3-1) 1:00 PM FOX
The Vikings have been struggling throughout 2025, even with J.J. “Nine” McCarthy back on the team. The Packers still look strong, despite their own struggles, especially after barely pulling out a victory in New York. They are still better than the Vikings and should be able to secure a 7th win to try to reclaim the NFC North from the Bears.
GB 23 – 17 MIN
Colts (8-2) at Chiefs (5-5) 1:00 PM CBS
The Colts are still hot, with Jonathan Taylor also in the lead for MVP, and Daniel Jones is still firing on all cylinders. However, the Chiefs are hungry to get back in the winning column after losing another game to the Broncos. This will be a heated AFC battle between two forces in the AFC, resulting in a Chiefs win, aided by slowing down Jonathan Taylor on defense and a Mahomes clinic on offense.
KC 27 – 24 IND
Seahawks (7-3) @ Titans (1-9) 1:00 PM FOX
This matchup features two teams that have wildly contrasted each other this NFL season. The Titans have been absolutely horrendous in 2025, while the Seahawks have looked absolutely dominant. The Seahawks are also looking for a comeback win after week 11’s tight loss to the Rams.
SEA 37 – 13 TEN
Jaguars (6-4) @ Cardinals (3-7) 4:05 PM CBS
The Cardinals have had major struggles in the latter half of this regular season. They benched Kyler Murray and are looking for Jacoby Brissett to step up in a big way. The Jaguars will have home-field advantage and are carrying momentum from blowing out the Chargers, leading to an easy defeat of a weak Cardinals team.
JAX 23 – 17 ARZ
Browns (2-8) @ Raiders (2-8) 4:05 PM CBS
The Browns and Raiders have both been lackluster in their 2025 campaigns. The Browns have benched Dillon Gabriel and are looking to Sheruer Sanders for help on Sunday against the Raiders. Similarly, the Raiders are struggling and looking for any sign of life out of Geno Smith. I believe that Geno will find his flow somewhat against a bad team, and the Raiders’ defense can slow down Shedeur for a low-scoring, close game.
OAK 13 – 10 CLE
Eagles (8-2) @ Cowboys (4-5-1) 4:25 PM FOX
I regret the decision to choose against my Eagles last week and will be choosing them this week. The Cowboys have been largely struggling since week 1, as their defense has been one of the worst in the league. The Eagles’ offense can only benefit a weak Dallas defense. On the other side of the field, the Eagles’ defense should be able to stop a limited Dak Prescott’s offense. The Eagles should be able to come on top.
PHI 25 – 17 DAL
Falcons (3-7) @ Saints (2-8) 4:25 PM FOX
All season, the Falcons have failed to win close games down the stretch, including the close loss to the Colts the other week. Additionally, their starting quarterback, Michael Penix Jr., was injured and is slated not to come back for a couple of weeks. The Saints with Tyler Shough just have not been good at all, outside of the defense having some good efforts. The Falcons, with a good Bijan Robinson performance, should be able to bump out the Saints.
ATL 10 – 6 NO
Buccaneers (6-4) @ Rams (8-2) 8:20 PM NBC
The Buccaneers have been struggling, and Baker Mayfield is losing his MVP argument over some recent mediocre games. In addition, Emeka Egbuka has been underperforming during the last couple of weeks. Despite having a poor performance last Sunday, the Rams have looked like one of the best teams in the league, and Matthew Stafford’s passing attack should be able to defeat the Bucs’ defense.
LAR 32 – 20 TB
Panthers (6-5) @ 49ers (7-4) 8:15 PM ESPN
The Panthers are extremely hot, as they have finally gone over the .500 hump last week. The 49ers have also looked hot, too, as Brock Purdy came in and blew out the Cardinals. Nevertheless, the Panthers have been playing more together, with Bryce Young has kept improving as a leader through 2025. Therefore, they will be able to beat the 49ers’ struggling defense.
CAR 28 – 23 SF
Week 10 MVP: Jaxson-Smith Njigba
The Titans are an especially weak squad, and with how JSN has been playing, he should be able to light up the scoreboard on Sunday for the Seahawks.
Game of the Week: Colts @ Chiefs
The Chiefs are especially hungry to gain an upper hand in the AFC, as they are 5-5 and need to get back in shape. A dominant Colts team with MVP frontrunner Jonathan Taylor at the helm will produce an epic showdown Sunday afternoon.
