The weirdest AP Poll ever
If I had a time machine and I could go back in time to any point in history, I would go back to 2021 and tell a college football fan about this week’s top 25 AP Poll. #2 Indiana was 2-10. #7 Georgia Tech was 3-9. #10 Vanderbilt was 2-10. #18 USF was 2-10. This is the kind of stuff college football is all about.
The old Texas A&M is still alive
They almost blew it! A&M pulled it off in the end, but the real A&M, the one we’ve seen for years, is still there. To give the Aggies credit, they did win, which is more than what the A&M teams of the past can say.
Brian Kelly’s time is approaching
The LSU fans have turned against him, not because of any incidents in his past. LSU has just been bad the last few weeks. The Ole Miss and Vandy losses have taken a big hit on Kelly’s reputation in the bayou. Sure, it doesn’t help that the Nuss Bus drove off a cliff, but at the end of the day, when you sign a 95 million dollar deal, you better win, regardless of circumstances. I can’t say I feel bad for Kelly. Something about him bothers me, but I can’t figure out what…
Northwestern
I don’t have anything to contribute, I was just surprised they were 5-2.
