The boys basketball team currently stands 10-5. Last week, on Tuesday they completed an impressive comeback win at Pennsbury. Unfortunately, they fell ten points short to Souderton on Friday.
Leading the way for the ghosts is sophomore guard Xander Grasty. Through 12 games played he has averaged nearly 15 points per game along with 5 rebounds per game. The Ghost has relied strongly on their elite guard play, with three of their starters averaging double figures per game. In addition to Grasty, junior guard Fazion Garland is averaging 13 points per game and senior guard Jake Manigualt is averaging 9.9 points per game.
Currently, the Ghosts are 5th in the SOL (Suburban One League) standings behind Cheltenham, Upper Moreland, Plymouth Whitmarsh and Upper Dublin with a 4-2 record. As well, they stand 3rd in the SOL Liberty Division behind Plymouth Whitemarsh and Upper Dublin with a 3-2 record. With seven games left, they look to make a push for the district playoffs with their first game Tuesday, January 21 against Hatboro- Horsham on senior night and a big game at Upper Dublin Friday, January 24.
