For those who may not have heard of Colleen Hoover aka Coho, she is a female, #1 New York Times bestselling author. Widely known for her rise in popularity on BookTok (the side of TikTok exclusively where book content creators share their love of books).

It Ends With Us

The first Coho book I want to introduce is It Ends With Us. I read the book this August, and it is absolutely phenomenal. It is a contemporary romance that Hoover published back in 2016 that centers around Lily, Ryle, and Atlas. Atlas is Lily’s past love with whom she has parted ways with for the majority of the book. Though, she still has the letters that she wrote about him during their time together. Ryle is her current lover who she meets while working in Boston. Reminders of Him
The second Coho book that I read is Reminders of Him, which was recently published in January 2022. I was given this book as a gift, and I am so happy to have read it. It is another contemporary romance and focuses on Kenna, Ledger, and Kenna’s daughter Diem. This book has a dual point-of-view of both Kenna and Ledger. Kenna was in prison for five years as a result of a terrible mistake and would not have turned herself in if she knew she was pregnant. This book explores a blossoming relationship, growth and trauma from the past, and grief, so if any of those topics interest you, this is the book for you!
